Green Screen Workshop

Excited to announce we have finished filming our Green screen short film and soon we will have our finished product for the world’s viewing pleasure. The workshop was created at Ventura Actors Studio by Gina Nemo and student Michael DiGiulio Jr. They worked together to develop the story, “Level Kill” where a mad scientist developed a machine that would torment individuals through psychological terror and give them a choice.

All the actors including myself had a general guideline script and we had to improv a story with it. After that Michael and Gina created a script from our improv and we were ready! Michael provided all the Green screen equipment and worked as acting director and producer on this film.

All in all, I would say it was a great experience! It’s interesting thinking about all these huge Marvel Films that are coming out today and how they have to channel such emotion in an emotionless environment, i.e. green screen, cameras, and no actor on set to work off of emotionally. I must say its all a learning experience and to basically do the same thing as what those actors do on those blockbuster films fills me with inspiration that one day I will be there too.

Stay tuned! When the film is ready I will feature it here for the world’s viewing pleasure!

Have a wonderful day everyone!
